Spring is in the air

Forest Reiki, Hordle, Lymington, New Milton, New Forest, alternative therapy

It may still be February but the first signs of spring are already starting to appear in our garden - tiny snowdrops, brightly coloured crocuses and cheerful yellow daffodils - my favourite flowers (it’s a Welsh thing). The birds sound more optimistic and temperatures are slowly rising. The days are gradually getting longer as we anticipate the end of what seems to have been quite a long winter.

Of course, nature can trick us into thinking we’re heading for spring before suddenly plunging us all back into the depths of winter, as happened last March when the New Forest was covered in snow - quite an unusual occurrence in our neck of the woods. But I’m going for the positive approach by welcoming spring and all that this special season brings with it - an urge to spend more time outside and to embrace new beginnings whilst releasing old habits and negative feelings.

Spring-clean your body and mind

So, why not spring clean your body and mind with a relaxing, rebalancing, reviving Reiki session?

Reiki can be very beneficial if you feel stressed, worried, weary, unbalanced or have trouble sleeping. The beauty of it is that you just need to relax, fully clothed, in my warm, cosy, peaceful reiki room listening to some calming music (optional) whilst I work on your various chakras (hands-on or hands-off depending on your preference), helping your own body to balance itself. You will leave feeling totally relaxed and revived. Don't just take my word for it - have a look at some of the testimonials on my website or Facebook page (@NewForestReiki).

Your first session (£30) will be around an hour and a half and includes a free consultation. After that, if you commit to three or more sessions, the cost is £25 for an hour’s session.

Treat yourself this spring. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Namaste
