Reasons to be Cheerful

Forest Reiki in Lymington

I have always been a glass half-full sort of person but even I have been struggling to find reasons to be cheerful this month, with this relentless rain and wind and so much depressing news around. This time last year, I talked about how spring was on its way but it seems spring’s invitation was lost in the post this year. But if you look carefully, the signs are there – snowdrops, crocuses and daffodils are popping up and with February almost over, we are finally on the right side of winter. Just a few more days and it will be March, when we can begin to look forward to seeing the leaves and blossom on the trees, longer days and who knows - maybe even some sunshine!

There is one good reason for me to be cheerful this month though as I have joined the lovely team of therapists at The Natural Health Hub in Lymington which was founded by Sue Leach in May 2017. Sue’s vision was to create a sanctuary of calm and well-being in the New Forest, bringing together an extensive selection of complementary treatments and professional therapists to work as a team, looking after the physical, emotional and mental health of everyone who visits The Natural Health Hub. This vision has become a reality, with people coming from all over the New Forest and beyond to enjoy a host of holistic treatments.

So, I am now offering Reiki treatments at The Natural Health Hub between 10.30pm and 3.30pm. There’s an introductory offer of £10 off on your first Reiki session at The Natural Health Hub. To book, please call The Natural Health Hub on 01590 670955 or visit their website, www.thenaturalhealthhub.co.uk/the-team/katharine-ocallaghan

I look forward to welcoming clients old and new at this haven in the heart of Lymington High Street (tucked away down an alley between the Dog’s Trust and Halifax). For my regular clients, don’t worry, I am still offering Reiki from my garden room in Hordle too.
